i like to read b.s. childs, christopher seitz, w. brueggemann and others (none on k. barth!). also phil sumpter's blog. nowadays, there is a lot of talk about theological exegesis or theological interpretation which seems now to be another field of biblical studies. exactly, what do theological exegetes say?
