blogger doesn't allow adding a ppt or swf file except image or video files. so, finally after reading up in some forums, the easiest way was to upload onto an existing website (i have a bravenet site)and make a link to it.
I managed to convert the slides into a video for better portability. Will be posting it up on my blog.
