passover seder meal

at 3pm today, the reb will be doing a passover seder meal with the myfers (methodist youth fellowship) of kl wesley. they have invited the reb to show them what a passover seder meal is like so that it can help them understand the background of jesus' last supper.

the reb heard that the myfers opened the meal to others so that myafers (young adults) and some other adults in the church are also coming, making a number around 60-70! that is a big meal! the reb heard that the myfers are using sparkling grape juice for the cups and real roast lamb! the reb is making the haroseth (the sticky stuff resembling the mortar). it would be a fun time.

Should do this for STMers also! :)
this year, i'm not free at night. have maundy thursday night service, good friday night services and easter morning services in my church.

as for stm chapel. that one depends on chapel warden whether she plans for it.

still, we can have it on a private basis one week later (if you guys want it!). 'ask' is the magic word.

If a place is needed, I can avail my apartment. We can even roast the lamb - I have a small BBQ pit!! :-)
no other takers?

LKY's suggestion is ever so tempting... i'll volunteer to roast the lamb... jus get someone to prepare it... ahahaha....

Another suggestion - how about doing it for my pastoral group, or perhaps a combined pastoral group dinner between the Reb's and LKY's groups?
