Too often we hear of church workers and ministers who bully, abuse and act in scandalous ways.
What sorts of protocols and procedures ought we adopt for ourselves and church leaders?
How can we better protect our children and youth in ministry? How can we both act with integrity and be seen to do so?
The Anglican church in Australia has had to deal with many of these issues in recent years and Paul Barker, a former Archdeacon in the Diocese of Melbourne, will speak on some of the protocols and recommendations in place there, providing ideas to help the churches in Malaysia act with greater propriety, love and care.
All are welcome, especially those in Christian leadership and ministry.
